LVLLine Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective August 20, 2026 · Version 2026-08-20

This Policy explains how LVLLine handles information when people visit the website, create accounts, or use construction project coordination features.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and company information: names, email addresses, password hashes, company details, roles, branding, and account preferences.
  • Project content: project names and addresses, schedules, tasks, inspections, deliveries, punch-list items, notes, messages, uploaded files and photos, change-order information, contact details, and signatures submitted by users.
  • Communications information: phone numbers, notification preferences, push-subscription data, message status, and records needed to deliver requested communications.
  • Technical information: session and security information, timestamps, domain settings, and server logs such as IP address, browser request, and error details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure LVLLine, organize company projects, authenticate users, deliver requested messages and notifications, support users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, back up data, and understand how to improve the beta.

3. How Information Is Shared

Customer Content is shared with users and recipients selected through the relevant company’s account, such as team members or people receiving a project link. We also provide limited information to vendors that perform hosting, storage, domain, messaging, notification, security, and operational services for LVLLine. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

LVLLine does not sell personal information or use Customer Content for third-party behavioral advertising.

4. Company Control

The company associated with an account controls its workspace and determines who may access project information. Company administrators can manage users and may remove content or accounts. Questions about company-controlled content should first be directed to that company’s administrator.

5. Retention

We retain account and Customer Content while needed to provide the beta, meet legitimate operational or legal needs, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after live data is deleted. We aim to avoid collecting information that the service does not need.

6. Security

We use measures designed for the nature of the beta, including HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, company-level data separation, protected file access, backups, and deployment testing. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should use unique passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Choices and Requests

Users can update account and notification settings within LVLLine. Account deletion is available in Settings, subject to company administration and legitimate retention needs. To request access, correction, export assistance, or deletion, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify identity and authority over the relevant company data.

8. Children

LVLLine is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as LVLLine develops. Material changes will use a new version and be communicated through the service or account contact information when appropriate.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@lvlline.com.

Beta notice: This is an operating draft prepared for the private beta and should receive legal review before a broad public launch or paid offering.
