Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to LVLLine, a construction project coordination service currently offered as a limited beta. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your company.

1. Beta Service

LVLLine is under active development. Features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Beta access may be limited or discontinued. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve customer data and provide notice of material changes, but the beta is not intended to replace required jobsite, safety, accounting, permitting, inspection, or legal systems.

2. Accounts and Company Administration

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Company administrators control invitations, roles, and company content. You are responsible for confirming that each person you invite is authorized to access that company’s projects and information.

3. Customer Content

You retain ownership of information you upload or enter, including project schedules, files, photos, messages, contact information, notes, signatures, and related records (“Customer Content”). You grant LVLLine a limited right to host, process, back up, and display Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content and share it with invited users, homeowners, realtors, subcontractors, and other recipients you select.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use LVLLine to break the law, violate another person’s rights, upload malware, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or store highly sensitive data that the service was not designed to handle. Do not upload payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or government identification documents.

5. Construction Decisions and Records

LVLLine helps organize information; it does not provide engineering, architectural, legal, safety, code-compliance, inspection, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for verifying schedules, approvals, field conditions, measurements, notices, signatures, and all decisions affecting a project.

6. Communications

If you enable SMS, push notifications, or shared links, you are responsible for obtaining any required recipient permission and confirming recipient information. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carriers, devices, browsers, and third-party providers.

7. Availability and Third-Party Services

LVLLine depends on hosting, messaging, browser, domain, and other service providers. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or restrict features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or beta operations.

8. Fees

The private beta is currently offered without subscription fees. We will provide notice before introducing required paid plans; continued use after a paid plan begins will require separate acceptance.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using LVLLine at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security threats, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, or discontinuation of the beta. Contact us before leaving if you need assistance exporting available Customer Content.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. LVLLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material updates will use a new version and will be communicated through the service or account contact information. Continued use may require renewed acceptance.
